Apple cider vinegar is made of ferminting apples. As the name indicates, it is vinegar. But this is different from the crystal clear vinegar generally sold in the supermarket.

The one sold in the supermarket which so clear and appealing is actually highly processed and devoid of most of the useful ingredients. It is filtered so much that it loses its nutritional benefits.

On other hand apple cider vinegar made of fermented apples is raw, natural, unprocessed and unfiltered.

As ACV is in unfiltered and unprocessed, it looks ugly compared to the crystal clear sold in the supermarket. However, it is choc full of micro nutrients and is extremely benefical for health. The raw, unfiltered, unprocessed and organic apple cider vinegar contains an ingredient called mother.

Remember that the unprocessed  and raw ACV has a very strong smell. So make sure you only put a small amount of it. You may also add natural rose water or any other essential oil of your choice to reduce the bad smell effect.
